Falcao to Chelsea, Sterling to Man Utd and Other Football Transfers

Chelsea want to sign striker Radamel Falcao on loan from Monaco. The Colombian, 29, only scored four goals in 29 appearances during a loan spell at Manchester United in 2014-15. (Daily Star)
Juventus midfielder Andrea Pirlo, 36, is set to join Major League Soccer side New York City FC, the same team that former England international Frank Lampard will play for.

Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, 22, will join Barcelona in the summer. Manchester City were prepared to pay £70m to sign the player, who is expected to be in the Juventus side that plays Barcelona in Saturday's Champions League final. (Daily Star)
